Timor-Leste, along with the other National Anti-Doping Organizations (NADOs) under the Southeast Asian Regional Anti-Doping Organization (SEARADO) joined the global clean sport community, celebrated Play True Day 2024 on April 19th, reaffirming its unwavering commitment to clean and fair sports.
Initiated by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), Play True Day stood as a testament to 25 years of collective dedication to the principles of integrity and ethical conduct in sports. Originating from a WADA-hosted Education Conference in 2013, the event had since grown into a global movement, with a staggering potential social media reach of 161 million individuals worldwide.









Timor-Leste’s participation underscored its firm stance on clean, fair, and ethical sports participation, aligning with the global efforts to combat doping in all its forms.
As the world commemorated Play True Day 2024, participants stood together in unity, reaffirming their commitment to upholding the spirit of fair play and integrity in sports.
