Dili, 21 of June 2025 – The CPLP Anti-Doping Forum was held at the Dili Convention Center as part of the official program of the XII CPLP Sports Games. The event was organized by the National Sports Commission (NSC) in collaboration with the Portuguese Anti-Doping Authority (ADoP) and brought together athletes, coaches, officials, and international guests from across the Lusophone nation. The Forum was honored by the presence of the President of AdoP, Mrs. Maria João Cascais, and Executive Director of AdoP, Mr. António Júlio Nunes.

The purpose of the Forum was to raise awareness and educate participants on the importance of clean sport, doping prevention, and the shared responsibility of athletes and support personnel in maintaining integrity in sport. The event featured a series of interactive stations, including sessions on anti-doping education and values, practical demonstrations of the doping control process, and consequences of doping violations. A special highlight was an engaging anti-doping quiz, where participants tested their knowledge in a fun and competitive environment. The quiz encouraged active learning- helping reinforce key messages in an enjoyable and memorable way.

The Forum served as a platform for knowledge-sharing, cooperation, and dialogue among CPLP member countries.
