On Saturday, October 5, Timor-Leste’s Doping Control Officers (DCOs) attended their second Refresher Training at the National Sports Commission (KND) room. The training was led by DCO Nazima Kassim and included four participants: Ms. Benvinda Alves, Ms. Milnocia Ribeiro, Mr. João Mendonça, and Mr. Domingos de Jesus.

The session focused on reviewing doping control procedures to ensure the DCOs are up to date with international standards. With an upcoming test to be conducted without a DCO Trainer, the officers were trained to manage the process independently, preparing them for greater responsibility in their roles.
This step is part of Timor-Leste’s commitment to maintaining high standards in sports integrity and clean competition.
