On September 30th, the National Sports Commission (NSC) held a workshop to promote clean sports and improve sports management in Timor-Leste. The event, held at the Timor-Leste Red Cross Meeting Room, featured two sessions: an Anti-Doping Workshop and an introduction to the new Sports Organization Information System.

The Anti-Doping Workshop educated members of the Timor-Leste National Paralympic Committee and its federations on fair play and international anti-doping regulations. The following session introduced managers from the Paralympic and National Olympic Committees to the Sports Organization Information System, designed to improve sports management efficiency across federations and associations.

With 28 participants, the event showed the commitment of Timor-Leste’s sports community to integrity and better administration. The NSC’s efforts are part of a broader initiative to support sports development and ensure fair competition and effective governance.
