NSC Conducts Anti-Doping Education & Learning (ADEL) Training for Sub-19 National Football Players

On Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at the Xanana Sports Center training room in Dili, the National Sports Commission (NSC) conducted another session of the Anti-Doping Education & Learning (ADEL) training for 29 Sub-19 national football players and one coach, totaling 30 participants. The players will be participating in the AFC Games in Surabaya, Indonesia, as per the FFTL plan in June.

Therefore, NSC identified the need for them to participate in the anti-doping education program prior to participating in international events, to ensure they are knowledgeable about anti-doping practices. This training was facilitated by Ms. Kerry Galhos, a Clean Sport Educator and the Anti-Doping Program Manager in Timor-Leste.
